Will my patients know they're talking to AI? +

What if I want to cancel? +
Cancel any time with no penalty, no cancellation fees, and no hard feelings. We're month-to-month after the free trial — there are no annual contracts or lock-ins. Just give us notice and we'll shut everything down cleanly, including removing the call forwarding and closing your account. Our goal is to be so obviously valuable that cancellation never comes up — and if it does, we want to know why so we can improve.
Is this HIPAA compliant? +
Yes. PulseReply operates on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every healthcare client before going live. We collect only the minimum information necessary for appointment scheduling — name, callback number, and appointment preference — and we never store, sell, or share patient data. If you have a compliance officer or healthcare attorney who wants to review our BAA, we're happy to provide it during your free trial setup.
